There are 2 ways in which you will be able to collect patient feedback.

Method 1 – paper GMC questionnaires [English version only].

You can download the GMC patient questionnaires from your dashboard library. You then print them out and hand them to your patients. Patients then seal the completed questionnaires in an envelope you have provided. Once you have collected the minimum of 34 responses, you then send them all together, in one go, to our company at the postal address which is provided on your dashboard. You will find this address once you have subscribed and logged in. We will then email you the report of the results within 7 working days of us receiving the questionnaires.

Method 2 – online GMC questionnaires [English and translated versions].

1] You will be able to upload email addresses of patients who have agreed to provide feedback for you.

A. You choose the language of the email invitation and GMC [UK] questionnaire according to your patient’s needs.

B. You upload the email address of patient and you press send

C. Your patient receives an email invitation in that language

D. Your patient completes the online questionnaire in that language.

E. Once you have received the required number of feedbacks, you click the button to generate the results document.

F. The results document is in PDF format and is in English. However, any written comments patients leave, appear on the results PDF document in the language of the completed questionnaire. You simply copy and paste that language text into to either Google translate or Bing translator, so as to translate that text. Simple!

2 reminders, at weekly intervals, will be sent to those patients that have not responded.

2] Patients can complete the online survey completely anonymously, whilst still in your clinic. This will require that you are able to provide online access to your patients, via a laptop, desktop or tablet.

A. You choose the language of the GMC [UK] questionnaire according to your patient’s needs.

B. You upload the mobile phone number of your patient on the screen on your dashboard and press send.

C. Your patient receives a text code on their mobile phone [all international mobile phone numbers are supported]

D. Your patient enters the code into the computer screen and is thereby given access to the online questionnaire

E. Your patient completes the online questionnaire in that language.

F. Once you have received the required number of feedbacks, you click the button to generate the results document.

G. The results document is in PDF format and is in English. However, any written comments patients leave, appear on the results PDF document in the language of the completed questionnaire.
